Returns

Here at House of Christine, we make returns as easy and stress-free as possible. If you don't like any of the products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.  

Returns in Germany

If your delivery address is in Germany, we will include an addressed and stamped return label with the delivery so that you can process your return easily and free of charge via any DHL/Deutsche Post office or packing station. You can find your nearest drop-off point here.

 

Returns within the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom   

If you live in another EU country, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (UK), returns are also free of charge for you. As we are unable to enclose a returns label directly with your order for technical reasons, please contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp if you wish to return an item. We will take care of all the necessary steps as quickly as possible and inform you about the further process.

Returns from other countries

If you live outside the EU, Switzerland or the UK, you are responsible for organising and paying for the return and shipment. Please use a shipping company of your choice and send your return to:
