In order to make it easy for you , we have made the following the terms of conditions in headlines and written as brief as possible. We recommend that you read them through before you shop on houseofchristine.com. Ordering and payment

Place your chosen goods in the basket and proceed to checkout. In the shopping cart , you can review your order one last time and ensure that you have selected the items you want. The price of the item is shown in EUR and is incl. VAT .

We accept payment with Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

The payment will be withdrawn from your account, when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

Reservation of amount

When you use a payment card, either debit or credit, the amount will be reserved upon purchase. This amount will remain reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Depending on the product or service, the reservation time will vary.

Debit card authorization

With a debit card, you will see that the money is reserved in your account and your available amount will be less until the order is processed. If you or the webshop cancel the order, the webshop will not be able to withdraw the money, but the reservation will still be valid for a period. Only your bank or card issuer can cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorization

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order.

Discount Code

If you have received a discount code, you can use this when you order on www.houseofchristine.com.

The code is redeemed in 3 simple steps:

1) Put the desired items in the shopping cart

2) When you are completely finished with shopping, click you on the field "Use voucher / discount code " in the shopping cart

3) Enter the discount code in the box below and click "apply". If the conditions are met for the discount and the code is entered correctly, you can see the discount deducted in the shopping basket.

It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes or other codes that are entered in the discount code field in the shopping cart. If you have received two different codes, you can therefore not use them at the same purchase in the shop.

Products I have received has been discounted. What do I do? 

We have ongoing promotions, where we reduce our products in a certain period of time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer to compensate you. You always have the possibility of returning within 30 days (see section on the return).

Is it safe to shop on houseofchristine.com?

You can feel completely safe when shopping on our webshop. We encrypt all of your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. House of Christine reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred via bank transfer. We never share your personal information with others unless you have given us permission to do so. So you can shop safely on www.houseofchristine.com.



When can I expect my order to be delivered?

House of Christine strives to deliver your order within 2-6 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to product availability and potential delays at our warehouse. We provide shipping to a wide selection of countries, so the delivery time will depend on the destination country for your headwear. Please go to our customer service page for detailed information regarding delivery times specific to your country.

When you shop at House of Christine, you will enjoy free shipping on orders above 150 EUR. However, please note that if you choose express delivery, free shipping will not be available regardless of the order amount.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer delivery with UPS – Delivery price are from EUR 4 and will vary depending on your location. Please check delivery rates in our customer service page.

PLEASE NOTE: for countries outside EU additional delivery/import/tax costs might be charged by the shipping company. These extra charges are not handled and charged by House of Christine Headwear, but by the carrier themselves. Therefore you might expect extra cost when ordering outside EU.
Please contact UPS in case of questions or queries related to import and tax fees.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for delivery areas where extra cost in relation to our shipping company cooperation occurs. This involves countries such as Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Corsica, and specific areas in northern Norway, Visp district in Switzerland and others


How do I exchange an item?

If you would you like to exchange an item, we ask you to return the product to us within 30 days, and place a new product on the webshop. We will refund your expenses, as soon as the item has been received at the warehouse.

How do I return an item?

You have a 30-day return periode when your goods have arrived at your place. Returning your order, we ask you to fill out the attached return form, so we can expedite your return order. The item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt. It is of your free choice to find the nearest UPS shipping form, but please note that we do not cover shipping expences on returning orders.

Return Form

You have a 30-day full return period on all items, starting from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday etc the deadline is extended to he following working day.

You can cancel the purchase by just returning the item within 30 days. You can also undo by sending us an email, where you inform that you regret your purchase within 14 days by example , after this information you’ll have additional 14 days to return the item.

We ask you at all times to include the filled out return form.

You will receive an email when your returnorder is processed , and the money has been refunded. The items you return must be unused, with all original marks attached and not washed. If the above conditions are not met, the product loses all its value, and you will not be entitled to to get money back (Not applied to approved claims ). We will refund withing 14 days.

If you return the item, it is done at your own risk.



When you order items at House of Christine webshop we keep your name and your address information in our system, to be able to send your order. We store your information , until you ask us to delete it. If you no longer wants us to keep your data, please fell free to contact us and we will make sure to remove it. You have these rights by the Privacy act. Request in this matter can be sent to info@houseofchristine.com. We will not share you personal information with third parties and only the management and customer service of The Headwear Company A/S has acccess to the information registered about you.

E-mail newsletters:

House of Christine process the following information when you sign up for our newsletter: name, e-mail adress and other contact information that you may provide us. The purpose of the processing is: sending newsletters with inspiring content, offers/discounts, reminders and more. In addition, the purpose is also to answer your inquiry and adapt our communication and online and offline marketing to you.

What do I do if an item is missing in the package?

If an item is missing in your package, or we have delivered an incorrect item, please contact our customer service at info@houseofchristine.com

The package is damaged upon delivery. What do I do?

If your package is delivered and has damages to packaging or the item, we ask you to contact customer service for return instructions.

Which opportunities do I have relating to complaints?

We offer 24months of warranty on all items with certain exceptions as explained in the 'return' paragraph.

We aim to answer you inquiry within a day. However, delays may occur during periods with many inquiries. If you contact us outside of customer service opening hours ( eg weekend or holidays and holiday periods ) we’ll strive to answer your inquiry first coming week day.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used in the submission of a complaint.
