Temporary closure of the webshop
At House of Christine we are always working to optimize our service so that you get the best experience when you shop with us. Because only the best is good enough.
That's why we are moving our warehouse from Denmark to a new and improved location in Germany. While this transfer takes place, we unfortunately cannot handle orders on the website, and it will therefore not be possible to place orders for a period of time. However, you will still be able to find inspiration and read about our products, certifications and materials - just like you usually do.
We hope for your understanding during this period, and we will let you know as soon as it is possible to use our website again. We look forward to welcoming you back when everything is in place!

1) How long can I not shop on the webshop?
We expect to be up and running again at the beginning of April. Keep an eye on our website, newsletters and social media for updates.
2) What happens to orders that have already been placed?
All orders placed before the shop was temporarily paused will be processed and shipped as normal.
3) Can I still contact customer service?

4) Can I return an item during the warehouse move?
Yes! Our return policy still applies, but there may be a longer processing time for returns during this period.
